DELIVERY POLICY


 DELIVER RATES & DEFINED AREAS

  • Within Batroun Areas only include: Batroun, Kfaraabida, Basbina.
    • all benefit from Same Day Delivery with a capacity to deliver your goods the soonest within 30 minutes to 24 hours the latest for these areas. 
    • orders shall be placed before our specified cutoff time (9AM till 5PM)
  • Beyond Batroun Areas delivery service available across all Lebanon. 
    • 2 to 3 working days Delivery time

CUSTOMER UNAVAILIBILITY AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY

In the event that the customer is not available at the time of delivery: The delivery charge still holds, on condition that our delivery service had previously contacted the customer and scheduled the delivery at the requested time. 

SECOND DELIVERY ATTEMPT

If the customer is not available for the first scheduled delivery and our delivery service has made prior contact and rescheduled the delivery, we will make a second attempt to deliver the item. This second attempt will be free of charge, provided that it is not a frequent occurrence. We value your satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to ensure successful delivery.

ADDITIONAL DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

In the event of repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts due to customer unavailability or failure to reschedule, additional delivery attempts will incur an additional charge. We kindly request your cooperation in promptly arranging the delivery to avoid any inconvenience or extra charges.
